Vladan Milojević is officially no longer the head coach of Football Club Crvena zvezda, the Serbian champions announced.
“Football Club Crvena zvezda informs the public that, by mutual agreement, the contract with Vladan Milojević has been terminated, and as of today he will no longer perform the duties of head of the coaching staff of our club,” Crvena zvezda announced.
In the continuation of the statement, Red Star bid an emotional farewell to Milojević.
“Vladan Milojević said goodbye to the players, the coaching staff, and all club employees, with words of sincere gratitude and strong emotions that marked his departure. From the first to the last day, Milojević showed what true loyalty to Crvena zvezda means – he was always there when the club needed him most, ready to take responsibility, to stand in front of the team and to lead Red Star with faith, calmness, and strength.
Through his work, dedication, and results, Vladan Milojević has written himself forever into the history of Crvena zvezda. Under his leadership, the club achieved great successes, broke numerous records, and returned Red Star to where it belongs – on the European football map. What makes him special is the fact that in both of his tenures he managed to awaken strong emotions among the fans, to restore their faith, pride, and sense of togetherness that make Crvena zvezda unique.
The fans will be forever grateful to Vladan Milojević for all the moments of happiness, joy, and pride he brought them, for the European nights that will be remembered, and for the smiles that were born in the stands of the Marakana.
