NEIGHBORS HEARD GUNSHOTS DURING THE NIGHT: Serbian MMA Fighter and Girlfriend Found Dead in Canada!

Strahinja Gavrilović, a Serbian MMA fighter, has been killed in the center of Sherbrooke, in the Canadian province of Quebec. His girlfriend, Edith Dima, also died in the same incident.

According to the newspaper “La Tribune,” the shooting occurred on Saturday evening. Local authorities are currently not considering femicide or domestic violence as possible motives. The investigation is being led by the Quebec provincial police.

“Investigators are on the ground to determine the circumstances of the event,” said police spokesperson Louis-Philippe Ruel. “We are talking to witnesses and reviewing surveillance camera footage in that part of the city. We are looking for additional information.”

Residents of the neighborhood, who provided statements to “La Tribune,” reported hearing multiple gunshots during the night.

Strahinja Gavrilović had a professional MMA career of 14 fights, winning eight of them. He last competed in 2022.
