Anja Ilić disappointed with her result in the qualifications of the Nordic sprint at the 2026 Winter Olympics, and on the same course the second Serbian Olympian, Miloš Milosavljević, took to the track an hour later and, with starting number 78, finished the qualifications in 87th place among 95 Nordic skiers.
No one expected a place in the final, among the top 30, but it was expected that the Serbian Nordic skier would at least achieve the best possible result. He completed the course in a time of 3:47.03, with a deficit of 39.66 seconds compared to Kleba, which is disappointing and below the level of his capabilities.
Norwegian Klabo recorded the best time in the qualifications with 3:07.37 minutes, American Ogden was 2.51 seconds behind, while France’s Šapa was 5.49 seconds slower.
Milosavljević will compete next in the 10-kilometer race in the freestyle technique.
