Borislav Miskin (23) died in a traffic accident on Wednesday evening, October 2, in Aurora, Nebraska.
He was driving a truck that collided with a semi-trailer when it crossed into oncoming traffic.
The truck caught fire upon impact, blocking both westbound lanes and causing the closure of the interstate for several hours.
Young Borislav will be buried in his hometown of Banja Luka at the New City Cemetery.
According to the Gofundme.com website, where money is being raised to help the family cover funeral expenses, Borislav was a beloved young man.
“Borislav was born on December 29, 2001, in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and although his life was too short, he left a lasting legacy of love, strength, and selflessness. He was a dedicated and hardworking young man who was deeply loved by his family, friends, and everyone who knew him. His sudden death has devastated his loved ones. We are raising funds to cover funeral expenses and to provide financial assistance to his family as they cope with this tragic loss.
