Djokovic took to social media with an emotional message, sharing a photo along with prayer and love emojis, writing:

As a reminder, the renowned athlete was driving a vehicle when, according to reports, she allegedly missed an exit and then attempted to reverse, at which point a truck collided with the car carrying her and her husband.

This tragedy has deeply shaken the Serbian sports community, as Tatjana Ječmenica had been a prominent figure in domestic tennis for years, first as a player and later as the national team captain.
