A great battle is being waged between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, and they are practically the only two tennis players who are contenders for the number one spot and winning Grand Slam titles. Former tennis player, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, also spoke about this.
The French tennis player played his only Grand Slam final in his career in 2008 in Australia against Novak Đoković. Tsonga precisely compared that time with today and gave a very clear difference in quality then and now:
Tsonga believes Sinner and Alcaraz are benefiting from a weaker era.
