Doctor and journalist Aleksandar Dikić was released today to defend himself from freedom.
The president of the DS, Srđan Milivojević, announced on his X account that his detention has been terminated.
As a reminder, on suspicion of calling for a violent change of the constitutional order, the columnist and author of the show “Without Hesitation,” Aleksandar Dikić, was arrested yesterday by members of the Service for Combating High-Tech Crime.
According to Danas, Dikić was arrested in Novi Sad and then conducted to Belgrade, where he was ordered into police detention for a duration of 48 hours.
“Aleksandar Dikić did not at any point in the statement for which he was brought in mention the name of Aleksandar Vučić, nor does it refer to him,” his lawyer Ivan Ninić said last night, commenting on the apprehension of the KTV Zrenjanin journalist.
He says that the qualification of the act — the overthrow of the constitutional order — has been popular in the last two years, so that those criminal charges would be forwarded to the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office, whose chief prosecutor is, as he says, a “loyalist” of the SNS.
