The student blockade of RTS began last night at 11 p.m., and as the students stated, the initial spark that led to this situation was a sentence by an RTS journalist that could be heard last night, which was that she called the students a mob. On this occasion, RTS editor and journalist Bojana Mlađenović issued a statement. In a statement published on the RTS portal, she points out that part of the question to the President of the Republic during the interview in the Daily News on Monday was taken out of context and is being misinterpreted by the public.

“During the conversation with the President of the Republic, at one point I asked him what would happen if ‘the mob’ went after the students in Pionirski Park, alluding to his claims about who would be in the crowd that would join the students at the protest scheduled for Saturday, March 15,” she said, adding:
“Immediately after the President’s response, I clarified what I said and stated that I in no way consider the students a mob, but rather those who, as he said, intend to use violence. I now take this opportunity to further apologize to the public for using such a word in any context. That word, by the way, is not part of my journalistic vocabulary,” says RTS editor and journalist Bojana Mlađenović.
