Dijana Hrka, the mother of Stefan who died in the collapse of the Novi Sad railway station canopy, supported the proposal of transporter Milomir Jaćimović to block Belgrade, calling on the citizens of Novi Sad to respond to the call.
Dijana Hrka, at a press conference, announced that she would speak with Jaćimović during the evening and stressed that she was glad that he and his son had ended their hunger strike in Novi Sad.
“I support his plan for a blockade, but we will discuss it further. We should finally unite, come under one tent, and plan how and what we will do next,” she said, stating that Jaćimović should arrive in Belgrade on Saturday.
“Let’s all agree on how and what we would do. He announced blockades and I am for it, a blockade of up to 48 hours and then slowly,” said Dijana Hrka and stated that she feels well and remains in the tent near the Assembly of Serbia, which she calls her “second home.”
