A man, identified only by his initials Z.G., was killed last night in Inđija during a Christmas Eve celebration after asking his neighbors to “stop speeding.” One of them, as we found out, got out of the vehicle and killed him, after which they fled.
As we found out, the seriously injured Z.G. was immediately transported to the hospital where, despite the doctors’ efforts, he died.
One of the suspects, as acquaintances of the victim say, was brought by the police, handcuffed, to a field where he is showing the police where the weapon is buried.

One suspect still at large
According to a statement from the Ministry of the Interior, members of the Ministry of the Interior, the Criminal Police Directorate, the Crime Suppression Service, in cooperation with the Sremska Mitrovica Police Administration, arrested M. Š. K. (born in 1984) from Sremski Karlovci, A. S. (born in 1989) and B. Đ. (born in 1996) from Inđija, while a 35-year-old man from Inđija is still at large, on suspicion of committing the crime of murder.
Previously, it is suspected that they, in Đorđa Vojinovića Street in Inđija, verbally and physically assaulted two 23-year-old and 24-year-old men, causing them injuries, most likely with a knife, which is why the police, at the request of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Sremska Mitrovica, filed a criminal complaint on suspicion of having also committed the crime of minor bodily injury.
