“I always feel at home in Serbia, which is why I wanted the whole world to experience the beauty and emotion of one of the most beautiful Serbian traditional songs—a symbol of Serbian culture and national identity. ‘Tamo Daleko’ is a nostalgic song, yet it inspires optimism and a connection to family and countrymen. People all over the world relate to this song, not just those in Serbia, and connecting people—wherever they live—is the goal of my project. I hope that at my next concert in Serbia, we will all sing ‘Tamo Daleko’ together!” Hauser stated.
