A serious traffic accident occurred this morning around 3 a.m. in Svetosavska Street in Barajevo, in which Slobodan S. (21) lost his life.

The tragic crash happened when the driver of the car lost control and hit an electric pole, after which he died on the spot, while firefighters, due to the force of the impact, had to pull his body out of the vehicle.

As further learned, Slobodan’s brother, L.S. (20), was also in the Alfa Romeo 147 at the time of the crash, and he was seriously injured. L.S. was transported with severe injuries to the Emergency Center.

For now, it is not known which of the two was behind the wheel.

Two emergency medical teams went to the scene of the accident.

The Prosecutor’s Office and the police have been notified about everything.
