Who was Chuck Norris?

He was not only a film star, but also a man who became a living symbol of strength, discipline and, thanks to the internet, “invincibility.”

Before becoming an actor, Norris was a top athlete. He served in the United States Air Force in South Korea, where he began learning Tang Soo Do. Upon returning to the United States, he opened a chain of karate schools.

He was a multiple-time world champion in middleweight karate (he held the title for six consecutive years).

His entry into the world of film was marked by a legendary role in the movie “Way of the Dragon” from 1972. The fight scene between him and Bruce Lee in the Roman Colosseum is considered one of the best martial arts scenes in the history of cinema.

In the 1980s, he became a major action star in films such as:

Missing in Action (Nestali u akciji)

The Delta Force

Invasion U.S.A.

He gained his greatest fame on the small screen with the role of Cordell Walker in the series “Walker, Texas Ranger,” which aired from 1993 to 2001. This series cemented his image as an unwavering fighter for justice who solves problems with the famous “roundhouse kick.”
