Nikola Jokić, NBA superstar and Serbian national team player, received a unique gift in China: a horse head sculpture made of sneakers.

The best basketball player in the world is currently in China, promoting his new signature sneakers.

The Sombor native was given a particularly interesting present. He was presented with a horse head figure crafted precisely from the sneakers he is an ambassador for.

Jokić didn’t hide his delight.

“This is made of sneakers? That’s incredible, very interesting and good, thank you very much,” said the world’s best basketball player.

While speaking with journalists and young basketball players, one of the attendees offered Jokić a Coca-Cola, which the Serbian ace refused without hesitation.

See how it looked in the attached video:

“I don’t think anyone should try to be like someone else. You should look at how they work, their routine, the things you can control. You need to be ready, to be in shape, to be able to play, to avoid injuries,” Jokić told the young players, then refused the Coca-Cola.

The public awaits the roster announcement from coach Svetislav Pešić, which will reveal whether Jokić will play for the Serbian national team at the upcoming EuroBasket.
