According to unofficial information from the opposition, based on 54 percent of samples, SNS won 41.14 percent, Promena u koju verujemo (Change We Believe In) 39.88 percent, Ujedinjeni za spas Zaječara (United for the Salvation of Zaječar) 8.37 percent, and SPS 3.14 percent.

In Zaječar, the opposition is celebrating victory.
“I’ve been dreaming of this moment for 13 years. After 13 years, dawn has broken in Zaječar, and victory comes from the East. Finally, we are bringing Zaječar home,” said Dragana Rašić.

As stated at the press conference, the opposition has two to three mandates more than SNS. With 50 percent of the material processed, only three lists crossed the threshold.
