Atlanta Hawks, featuring Serbian player Bogdan Bogdanović, failed to advance to the NBA Finals. Atlanta was defeated by the Milwaukee Bucks in the semifinals in Vegas with a score of 110:102. Bogdanović had a great start to the game, scoring 10 points in the first quarter, but finished with the same total.
The Bucks, in their second NBA Finals appearance, advanced to the championship round where they will face the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Atlanta, just like Bogdan, started the game well and led after the first quarter, but Milwaukee took control of the game in the second. The Hawks managed to hold on and lead in both the third and fourth quarters, but in the end, Milwaukee had a better finish and closed out the game without much drama. Bogdanović, in addition to his 10 points, also had one rebound and one assist, while Trae Young was the best for the Hawks with 35 points, seven rebounds, and ten assists. On the other side, Giannis Antetokounmpo dominated with 32 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists, while Damian Lillard followed with 25 points, six rebounds, and seven assists.
Oklahoma reached the finals with a victory over the Houston Rockets, 111:96. After a completely even first half, Oklahoma played much better in the third quarter and took a double-digit lead early in the fourth. The Rockets completely fell apart towards the end of the game, allowing Oklahoma to advance to the NBA Finals.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the best for the winning team with 32 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and five steals. Hartenstein added 21, and Jalen Williams 20 points. On the other side, Alperen Sengun scored 19, while Dillon Brooks and Jabari Smith had 14 points each.
The NBA Finals between Oklahoma and Milwaukee will be played on Tuesday or Wednesday at 2:30 AM Central European Time.
