At the polling station in the settlement of Sanković in Mionica, victory was claimed by Marija Milinović, a young woman who proudly ran and defeated the list of Aleksandar Vučić.
“This girl defeated the SNS in her place. Sanković,” was posted on social media.
In the video that was published, she can be seen proudly and joyfully celebrating her victory and the victory of all citizens, while people congratulated her wholeheartedly in the comments.
“Beauty, energy, youth… That is what we need like air… Bravo…”, “Bravo kids, bravo young people, bravo future of Serbia”, “Bravo kids, this is your country and you should stay and live in it,” were just some of the comments.
As a reminder, the official election results have not yet been published, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated that the Serbian Progressive Party won 69.3 percent in Negotin, and that based on data from 16 out of 17 polling stations, the SNS won 60.9 percent in Sečanj. In Mionica, the SNS received 52.6 percent of the votes.
