Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony Marrone said the fire danger in Los Angeles County remains high.

Authorities have imposed a curfew between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. in the hardest-hit areas of Pacific Palisades and Altadena, where there have been numerous robberies in devastated or evacuated areas.

Although it is too early to know what caused the fires, there has been a lot of criticism of the authorities for insufficient preparation and a poor response.
