Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign rally in a Philadelphia suburb took an unexpected turn, transforming into a spontaneous concert. The former president, upon being informed that two people in the audience had requested medical attention, stopped taking questions and took on the role of DJ.

The rally moderator was South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, who noted the excessive heat in the room. Trump then inquired about the air conditioning, as reported by Voice of America. When the rally was interrupted, Trump requested that the song “Ave Maria” be played and then suggested that the evening could conclude with the audience remaining seated and enjoying his music selection, rather than listening to him answer questions.

Many of his supporters made their way to the exits, but some stayed until the end. According to Trump’s associates, the scene in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, resembled the parties at Mar-a-Lago – his Florida estate where Trump often takes on the role of DJ at gatherings with wealthy members of his private club.

Donald Trump’s spokesperson, Steven Cheung, wrote on X that “something very special happened in Pennsylvania” and added that Trump is “unlike any other politician in history, and that’s a great thing.”

However, following this rally, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris questioned Trump’s mental health. “I hope he’s okay,” Kamala Harris wrote on her X account. The Harris campaign, which has aggressively questioned Trump’s physical and mental health, stated that the Republican presidential candidate appeared “lost, confused, and slow” at the rally on Monday evening, Tanjug reports.
