In the newly released documents of convicted sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein, Boris Nikolić is also mentioned, writes the Croatian daily Jutarnji list.
He is a doctor of Croatian origin who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb and built his scientific and investment career in the United States.
Nikolić worked at Harvard, was a science and technology adviser to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and is now a co-founder of an investment fund focused on biotechnology and health technologies.
His name had previously appeared in Epstein’s documents, including the fact that Epstein named him as a backup executor of his estate, which Nikolić later denied, claiming that he had not been informed of it.
Democrats say that only a portion of six million pages has been released and accuse the administration of continuing to withhold key information. For Epstein’s victims, and for the public, the release process is clearly not yet finished.
The U.S. Department of Justice explained to Congress how it reviewed the Epstein file, stating that about 200,000 pages were redacted or withheld due to privileges.
In a letter from Deputy Todd Blanche, the department stated that it is still trying to obtain additional documents, including grand jury materials from the Southern District of New York, which will be released later.
According to the latest documents from the Jeffrey Epstein file, during 2019, in several Skype exchanges, one contact shared photographs of young women described with the addition that they were “from Serbia,” offering them to Epstein.
Information also emerged about the alleged involvement of American billionaire Bill Gates in the whole story.
A spokesperson for Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates responded to the lascivious allegations contained in the latest Jeffrey Epstein files, including the claim that he had contracted a sexually transmitted disease, calling them “absolutely absurd and completely false.”
