Serbia remains on the map of the world’s most prestigious gastronomic destinations this year as well. In the latest edition of the “Michelin Guide Serbia 2026,” published today, the restaurants “Langouste” from Belgrade and “Fleur de Sel” from Novi Slankamen have successfully retained their Michelin stars, while five new restaurants have received recommendations. This brings the total number of restaurants recommended by the renowned global gastronomic guide for 2026 to 25.
The restaurant “Langouste,” led by Marko Đerić, retained its star thanks to the consistent use of fresh local ingredients and exceptional technical precision. Equally impressive remains “Fleur de Sel,” where Nikola Stojaković continues to blend French culinary techniques with Serbian ingredients and the landscapes of the Danube region.

Along with “Istok” and “Iva New Balkan Cuisine,” the prestigious “Bib Gourmand” distinction, awarded for exceptionally high-quality food at affordable prices, has this year also been given to the Belgrade restaurant “Bela reka.”

This year’s guide selection also includes a carefully curated list of restaurants that carry a recommendation. The five new ones are “Suvenir,” “Prime,” “Puter,” “S5 by Angie,” and “Restoran 27.”
“The retained Michelin stars for our two restaurants confirm that Serbia is steadily present on the international gastronomic scene. This is the result of strategic and continuous work on improving gastronomy as a key segment of our tourism offering. Such international recognitions further strengthen Serbia’s position as a modern, prestigious, and authentic destination,” said Marija Labović, Director of the Tourist Organization of Serbia.
